Upgraded submersible bore pump at Karkarook Lake

Thanks to your fishing licence fees, Parks Victoria received a Recreational Fishing Grant to upgrade the submersible bore pump in Karkarook Lake. This pump maintains water levels and quality in this popular fishing spot, helps minimise algae blooms, and supports healthy fish habitat for species we’ve stocked such as golden perch, silver perch and rainbow trout. Time to wet a line at Karkarook Lake!
