Camping is permitted and facilities include a toilet, picnic tables and fireplace/BBQ. The turn off to this site is 13.5km south of the Tallangatta Police Station along the Omeo Highway. The target species are Murray cod, yellowbelly, trout and redfin.
Peter’s Bridge: The road to, and parking at this site is good and can be accessed in a 2WD vehicle in any weather. The bank slope is steep and access to the water is poor, but there is a stile in the fence that may open this area up to better fishing. There are picnic tables and a fireplace/BBQ. The turn off to this site is 31km south of the Tallangatta Police Station along the Omeo Highway. The target species are Murray cod, yellowbelly, trout and redfin.
Ellis Bridge: The road to, and parking at this site is good and can be accessed in a 2WD vehicle in any weather conditions. The bank slope is steep and the access to the water at this site is poor. There are picnic tables and fireplace/BBQ at this site. The turn off to this site is 32.5km south of the Tallangatta Police Station along the Omeo Highway. Take Hagerty Lane for 500m. The target species are Murray cod, yellowbelly, trout and redfin.
