Draft Fisheries (Westernport/Port Phillip Bay Catch Limits) Notice 2025 Draft Further Quota Order for Snapper | The VFA is seeking feedback on the proposed Fisheries Notice & Further Quota Order that intends to maintain the current management arrangements put in place via the current Fisheries (Westernport/Port Phillip Bay Catch Limits) Notice 2024, which allowed: 2 tonne per licence of combined catch for species other than snapper and shark. 1 tonne per licence of gummy or school shark. Victorian Eastern Zone Abalone fishery 2025/2026 Total Allowable Commercial Catch (TACC) | The VFA is seeking feedback on the draft further abalone quota orders (FAQO) and Fisheries (Eastern Abalone Zone) Notice for 2025/26. These documents outline the Total Allowable Commercial Catch (TACC) for Blacklip Abalone in the Eastern Abalone Zone for the 2025/26 season which begins on 1 April 2025 and ends 30 March 2026.
